SONY CONNECT
This was Sony's attempt in 2004 to have their own iTunes-like application. It was intended to be an upgrade from an early and simple CONNECT music player. Unlike iTunes, which was only about music, Sony already had a solid offering across all media types (Music, Movies, Television). The challenge was to build a player and a catalog that allows the user to seamlessly navigate, explore, consume and share all media types in one application.
